> Kerala to set up India's first space tech park in Thiruvananthpuram
The Kerala government will set up the country's first space tech park at Thiruvananthapuram's Knowledge City, a space museum named after Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. The move is aimed at making the city a manufacturing hub for space-related technology.

> Govt. approves Rs 206 crore for Agriculture Export Policy
The government has approved an outlay of Rs 206.8 crore for a central sector scheme titled 'Implementation of Agriculture Export Policy'. The policy seeks to double farm exports to $60 billion by 2022, Also, Soil Health Card Mobile App was launched by Radha Mohan Singh.

Sri Lanka has signed an agreement with India to upgrade tracks in a key railway segment connecting the north and south for $91.26 million. It is the first that the 130 km long track, running from Maho town to Omanthai is being upgraded.
